I. Pro-active prevention measures by the whole community working with law-enforcement to identify the crime issues children face and develop action plans to stop crime perpetrated against children before it happens.
II. Locate sources that have pictures of missing children in your area. Get to know these faces as it has been demonstrated on many occasions an informed public can and has spotted a missing child reporting it to law-enforcement thereby generating a critical response to locate the child and get that child home where they belong.
III. To those children struck down by child predators and to their families let this sacred pledge ring out loud and clear: Your precious child did not die in vain. We pledge to their loving spirit a united effort all across the community to insure all children are safe. The village has work to do.
