KPN wishes to recognize and salute the Connecticut General Assembly for their dedication to insuring the highest possible standards of safety for all kids in Connecticut. KPN had the honor to testify before the Select Committee on Children in 1995. Legislation was passed, Public Act 95-225, An Act Concerning Juvenile Justice. See Section 47 below for KPN's part of that legislation.
