It Takes A Village

Civilization has come a longs ways hasn't it?

All this technology to do so much for so many. Internet, cell phones

NOTICE THIS IS A KID PROTECTION AREA WE CALL 911

There is something about US that seems so blessed and wonderful.

While the drug-dealers, gangs, sex-offenders, child abductors flourish in this advanced beyond any generation prior world we live in.

I started
KPN
because I HAD TO TRY.

Abudcted and murdered, left for US to gasp in horror and feel so much empathy for her family, her community.
Child predators have planted a seed of terror in all our heads as to what exactly is out there running loose to stalk and murder our children, inflicting such damage on our neighborhoods, community, and nation.

KPN
evolved into a non-profit 501(c)3. I had priceless help and guidance along the way.  It was on the job training at it's most tense given what was at stake but I HAD TO DO SOMETHING!

I can not say enough about the Connecticut State Police, Governor M. Jodi Rell, Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz, The Connecticut State Legislature, The Department of Public Safety. They saw the fire in my eyes and listened and acted with great dispatch and focus to help
KPN
.

Where are we now? I can only answer for me. I am still TRYING. I'm an everyday Joe who got angry about something that needed to be addressed by ALL OF US.

It doesn't matter if you use
KPN signs or KPN CMIA Flags
. What matters is you take a look at your own turf and reach out to law-enforcement to raise community awareness of the local issues your children face on your streets and partner with local resources to develop a safety program for all children in the finest tradition of

It Takes A Village to Raise a Child

KPN has always been just one option within a nation that does so much when it gets motivated.

THE POWER OF ONE

It is the business of the community to raise all kids on the SAFEST STREETS POSSIBLE!  NOT A BUSINESS TO PROFIT FROM!
